Please read the following conditions carefully. These policies outline the terms for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Units.

Policy 1: Final Sale Condition

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for non-fault reasons once the goods have left our premises. Customers are responsible for verifying the suitability of the product before taking possession.

Policy 2: Reporting Quality Issues

In the event of a suspected quality issue:

  • You must contact the purchasing branch immediately.
  • The unit and all original packaging must be kept intact for inspection and warranty processing.

Policy 3: Post-Installation Service

If a unit with a suspected fault has already been installed:

  • All service, repairs, and official warranty matters must be handled directly with the brand supplier. The supplier holds the formal product warranty and is responsible for addressing post-installation faults.
