Policy 1: Final Sale Condition
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for non-fault reasons once the goods have left our premises. Customers are responsible for verifying the suitability of the product before taking possession.
Policy 2: Reporting Quality Issues
In the event of a suspected quality issue:
- You must contact the purchasing branch immediately.
- The unit and all original packaging must be kept intact for inspection and warranty processing.
Policy 3: Post-Installation Service
If a unit with a suspected fault has already been installed:
- All service, repairs, and official warranty matters must be handled directly with the brand supplier. The supplier holds the formal product warranty and is responsible for addressing post-installation faults.
