SabreSeal FRA Fire-Rated Acrylic Sealant

Description:
SabreSeal FRA is a water-based acrylic sealant designed for fire-rated joint applications, offering ±20% movement capability and up to 4 hours fire resistance (tested to AS1530.4). It also provides excellent acoustic insulation for sound deadening, is easy to apply and clean up, and is low VOC and Green Star compliant.

Limitations:

• Not suitable for continuous water immersion

• Painting over with highly filled emulsion paints may cause cracks
